Plot a family of curves

Hello!

 

Would anybody explain to me, please, how to plot a family of curves given in the attached file?

Whenever I define the parameter "const" as a vector or a matrix, the plot fails to visualize. 

But when "const" has only one assigned value, only one curve (as expected) gets it plot.

Thanks for sharing, but I tend to disagree.

I am trying to plot in Mathcad Prime, not in Mathcad 15.
