Prime 9.0 Internal Links Printing to PDF

I tried a couple of PDF convertors. Bookmarks aren't translated. It looks like you will need to edit the pdf to place bookmarks manually.

It looks like we can retain external links by saving as rtf and then using a pdf converter like the one in Word to create the pdf.

But it seems not to be possible to retain internal links. They are still present and active in the rtf, but the pdf printer/converters I tried were not able to transfer them into the final pdf.
