Print button does nothing in Prime 9.0

I'm not sure how long this has been like this, but when I hit the print button nothing at all happens - no dialog, no error, nothing.  I restarted the PC and still nothing.  A

Running MathCAD 9.0.0.0 on Windows 11 Pro.

Any ideas?

Outstanding - that was it!  I'm not sure why it did not like my original default (and it matters not at this point lol), but just changing default to "Microsoft print as pdf" brings up the normal printer dialog, from there changing to whatever printer I want not now works.

Unfortunately I have no idea what the cause may be.

We are talking about this menu button, right?

You sure a printers installed and are able to print out of other software (Word, Excel,...) ?

 

Does the keyboard short Ctrl-P show any effect?

 

Have you already tried to re-install Prime from anew (save your license file first just to be on the safe side) ?

@Werner_E  Thanks for the response.
- yes, I tried both the icon (as pictured) and the keyboard shortcut, no effect
- yes, printers installed and working thru other apps. What is odd is that it doesn't even bring up the standard print dialog box.
- no, have not tried re-install yet. More of an internal issue (can you hear me groan) since this needs to be handled by IT. That path, however, may be my only other option at this point.


I did ty to google this as print issues, conflicts with windows 11, etc. but nothing so it seems to be localized to me.
