Print Preview Crashes

I apologize in advance for asking this because I know I have asked it before but I couldn't find the post where I did it. I had to re-install MathCad 14 and now print preview crashes. There was an update that solved this. Could someone point me to it?

(When I tried to get a list of my posts, I only get one from 2007 and this also appears as my latest post - so maybe someone can give me some advice on this, too.)

John,

Use this link

to download Mathcad 14 M020 which, according to the fixed issues, solves the print-preview problem.

Success!

Actually, I spoke to soon. I was unable to get that file for update M020 to download. I kept getting "download error" using two different browsers and a different computer. Other file updates for MathCad 14 worked fine. Fortunately, I managed to find the needed file on the back-up of my old computer from the last time I had to do this. Otherwise I guess I would have to live with print preview crashing because from what I read on the forum, there is little prospect of getting help from PTC!
