Problem Activating Mathcad Prime 4.0 Student edition

How do you install and activate this program? I have never received a product number and can't get a hold of anyone from PTC for tech support. This is a joke!

So you bought Mathcad (Prime) Student edition (56 bucks for one year of usage).

Have you tried installing it?

If no: do!

If you did: Where's the problem?

This .PDF is for Prime 2.0.

I assume that the same procedure works for Prime 4...?
