Problem installing Mathcad Prime 4

Hello PTC Community,

I just removed Mathcad Prime 3.1 to install the 4. version.

But in during the installation process, the installation fails at just 1%.

What is the reason for this?

If you provide more information about the installation failure, someone might be able to give a clue.

(How did it fail, was there any message, etc...)

Also, for further info, look here: https://community.ptc.com/t5/PTC-Mathcad-Questions/Mathcad-Prime-4-0-installation-problems/m-p/129532

You did NOT need to de-install Prime 3.1 before installing Prime 4. All versions of Prime can co-exist, installed and usable, on the same windows machine.

e.g. I have the express versions of both Prime 3.1 and 4 installed and running on the machine that I'm currently using.

Success!
