Problem while installing PTC Mathcad Prime Express

Hello

I tried installing on my new computer PTC Mathcad Prime 3.1 on win 8.1

I went through installation and all went fine and it's said it completed

but when i searched for the software it wasn't exists on start->apps and also add/remove software.

only the diagnostic tool was installed.

when i searched for it on hard-disk i found folder in program files PTC\Mathcad Prime 3.1 but it contain only one file mathcad.p.xml under PTC\Mathcad Prime 3.1\bin\pim\xml

so i tried reinstall but the installation software said that everything is already installed and suggested only to "update from M030"

I proceed with the so called update which finished successfully but again the software cannot be found.

maybe i should delete all file related and registery but i wanna be sure i dont do any harm

somebody have a suggestion how to do fresh install?
