Problem with Mathcad Prime 3.0. Help!

I have a problem with PTC Mathcad Prime 3.0

It wont open at all.

It comes with the error: "An Unhandled exception occurred on the dispatcher thread. See C:\Programdata\PTC\Mathcad Prime\Logs\Mathcad Prime_Exception_20151021_135622.log for more information. Prime will attempt to save any modified files and close. Please restart the application."

I have tried to reinstall it and of cause restarted the application. Nothing works. I've looked on the internet, but couldn't find any solution to the problem.

Please help, need the program for Gym.

Have you tried turning off multithreading?

To turn off "Multithreading":

1. Go to "Calculation" tab --> "Calculation Options" button.

2. Click on the "Multithreading" button.

Where do I find this?

Because I can't open Mathcad at all?

Morten,

you can uninstall Mathcad Prime 3.0 and install Mathcad Prime 3.1. I am not sure if it helps, but you can do it .
