Problem with webcontrols and integrated excel tables

Hi,

I use webcontrols and integrated excel sheets within my mathcad sheets, but these computation sheets doesn't work on my colleagues Mathcad.

There is probably a very simple reason for this, but we haven't been able to find a solution.

As attached is two pictures of the same webcontrol. The upper picture is from my colleagues computer and the lower one from mine.

I have this problem sometimes on ONE computer.

Onetime the solution of this problem is - close Mathcad file and open it again.

If I have this error again I must rewrite those corrupted webcontrols

Which versions of Mathcad, including service packs, on the two computers? What is the OS on the two computers?

Also, try repairing the Mathcad installation on your colleague's computer.

That does happen to me now and again.

Try the followings steps:-

  • Right click on the component
  • Edit script
  • Click the tick sign (Apply)

We were both using version 13.0, but now when I updated to 13.1, the fonts in my webcontrols changed back to Times New Roman, so after looking for answers how to change font in a webcontrol I decided to change the webcontrols to more simple form, picture attached.

Maybe my colleague should re-install mathcad, as Richard suggested.

This suggestion of editing of webcontrol doesn't work. Since if I have understood correctly the webcontrols cannot be edited by user.
