Problems with the Matchcad 3.1 launch

I have a specific problem launching my Mathcad 3.1. When i try to launch it a window pops up and it sais: An Unhanded exception occurred on the dispatcher thread. See C:\ProgramData\PTC\MathcadPrime\Logs\Mathcad. What can i do to solve the problem?Screenshot.png

Hi Mathias,

Be careful to mathcad-Prime program, easily it becomes unstable and you lose your work done. Better to use Mathcad 15, it is very stable.
