There was a famous article by Edsger Wybe Dijkstra "Programming without GOTO".

I believe that Dijkstra's article was called "Goto Statement Considered Harmful". I actually remember reading this when it came out ...

The point one is that we can use only one button of the Programming tools - the bottom (operator) while.
