How does one restrict the daily bulletins so that one only gets them for the software one has.

In my case that means Mathcad 15 only.

Others might run several PTC software packages and therefore would want alerts for each.

How do we filter out alerts for software we don't have please?

    Hi Martin,

    Thanks, I followed the link and found that although my alerts category was limited to MathCad15 under "Articles", the gate was wide open under "Bulletins".  I have set the latter to MathCad15 also, and hopefully that will stop the swamping of my inbox.
