Recover File

Hey guys,

I was working on two files where mathcad suddenly hanged and shut down, now the files can open but last few edits are missing. How do I recover the missing edits? Can someone help? I also noticed two new files on the desktop (where original Mathcad files are) .tmp, now I attached only one file but not sure which .tmp belongs to it.
