Rosetta Code - Function Composition

I've added the following solution to the Rosetta Code task: Function Composition

The new Mathcad entry is at https://rosettacode.org/wiki/Function_composition#Mathcad

This would be better implemented in Mathcad 15 or full Mathcad Prime (ideally a version before PTC removed partial application) - these versions would (should) allow a cleaner and more functional version of compose.
