Round chain on the corner

Some people like to twirl a round chain on a finger.

I like to "twirl" a round chain on... a cone

Can you determine (numerical or symbolical - better with Mathcad and without friction) the critical value of the alpha angle when the chain falls off the corner?

I feel it is a solution - a numerical solution. Check please Mathcad 15 sheet in attach.
