Save as PDF or Print to PDF causing "Unexpected error" Mathcad Prime 12

Hello!
We have 2 users with 2 different computers reporting the same issue with their prime files.
I don’t know if it has something to do with the latest august Windows 11 Cumulative update (KB5121003)?
The issue started happening yesterday after the users updated their Windows 11.

When we try to Save as PDF or use the Print function we get the same errors. And we have tried several PDF printers. It only creates a .PDF file with 0kb in size.

I uploaded 2 files that we are experiencing this issue with.

Seems OK for me here in USA. My latest Windows 11 Pro updates are:

Attached files generated with Prime 12.0.0.0. PrintPDF generated using “Microsoft Print to PDF”.

Same issue here at all licensed stations (Mcad version 11, 11-01 and 12.0) with Windows 11 Pro (USA); printing to local printers not working at all and printing nor save as PDF (results in an error message). Security updates were installed on 8/12. Any other suggestions?

I can confirm.

With Prime 11 and 12.0.0.1, both express edition, before and after updating windows with the following set:

There is no error message, but the resulting file sizes (printing to “Microsoft print to pdf”) speak for themselves:

Success!

Okay!
So there either is something wrong with the MathCad files or something connected to the latest MathCad Prime/Windows updates?

We have the same problem after the latest Windows update. Our workaround is saving the file as an rtf-file, then open that in word to eksport to pdf.

Yeah, we are also using that workaround.
But it’s some extra steps that should not be needed in my opinion.

Also noted that the Header is not included when using “RTF” format.. we also want to include that in our PDFs!
