Serious problem with function evaluation in Mathcad?

Hello all,

I have defined a function in Mathcad (prime v6.0) to calculate elastic modulus of concrete with two parameters density (gama-c) and compressive strength (fc) as shown in the following photo. As you can also see from the photo, the function gives a different value and units to that if we evaluate the expression directly.
