Simplification

Please let me know the steps (baby steps please) involved in making the last simplification in the attached Mathcad file. (I've spent a couple of hours on the web trying to find the answer but the simplification engines on the web, that give the steps, stop at equation 1.)

Here it is working backwards from your final equation up to "equation 1":
