Simplification of root of complex number

Another symbolic one. Maybe not a bug, but at least an annoyance.
Why does the square root of a complex number does not simplify fully? See attached image.
The modifier "float,1" does the job but I expected it to affect the display of the result only, not the way an expression gets simplified.
The modifier "rectangular" does the job which simplify should have done.
BTW - Both numerical evaluation do the job as expected. I mean Mathcad's own "=" and forcing Mupad to numeric mode by typing 5.0 instead of 5.
