Put a pi in the unit placeholder and chose number format 'fraction'. Keep in mind that this is numeric nonetheless, not exact symbolic! Mathcad's symbolics seems not to be capable enough.

In the meantime you should already know that Mathcad's symbolics is limited.

 

If you really need symbolic results for expressions like the one given you will have to use other specialized software. Mathematica, the engine behind WolframAlpha, seems to be capable to deliver the result you are looking for and I would guess that Maple will be able to do so, too:
