Solving equation

Hello everyone.

I tried to solve the equation with several solutions.

Probably the solution given by Mathcad 15 is correct.

However, the Prime7 method of entering equations in a matrix does not give a solution, and the Solve Block method gives a numeric value, which is probably incorrect.
