Student licence for mathcad prime 11 not working

I purchased a student license for mathcad prime, but when I download my activation file and activate prime 11, even if the license manager says to be activated successfully, the program opens with the express version and says the release is not supported, version 10.0.1 works well.

Hi,

open license file in Notepad.

The file must contain following line, if it contains Mathcad Prime 11.0 license

INCREMENT MathcadPrime ptc_d 11.0

Thanks for pointing this out.

The PTC Store currently advertises and sells Mathcad Prime 10 licences for students; it will change to be Mathcad Prime 11 licences sometime next week. You should be able to use Prime 10 as advertised.

The licence wizard saying Prime 11.0.0.0 has been licensed is a bug that I've brought to the attention of the product manager and R&D. They've logged the bug.

If you really want a Prime 11 product code, let me know and I can try to get you in touch with someone who can do that for you.

Yes please, the reason why is to test the python integration for advanced controls and it's only available in the prime 11 th version.
Thank you,

I think it's fantastic that the Python stuff got you interested!

I sent you an email with the guy you'll need to talk to also on that email on the address you registered to PTC Community with.
