Student licence not working anymore

Hello, this year in January i requested a MathCAD Student Version and received a licence file. 2 months ago my laptop had to get a fresh reinstall of Windows and now i can't get the full version of MathCAD working with the old licence file. What can I do? Thanks in advance. Matteo

    @@MI_9350935,

     

    Probably your license file is pointing to old Mac Address and after reinstalling Windows OS that Mac address must have got changed.

    Could you share your existing license file? Also, share log file (ip.log) which gets generated by running command "ipconfig /all > D:\temp\ip.log" in Command Prompt on your machine (use different drive than D if not available).

    Hi rghadge thanks for your reply. I have attached the licence file, but I don't understand what that command you provided should do. I tried changing to my OS drive C: but it doesn't do anything.
    Thanks for your time.

     

    EDIT: since it seems that I can't upload the licence file (i get the following error: "The attachment's sw_license_email_4439337.dat content type (application/octet-stream) does not match its file extension and has been removed.") I will just paste the text from the file here. For privacy I removed my address, phone number and full name.
