Tansfer license to the new PC

Hello.

Our company had a PC that acted as a license host. Recently this PC has crashed.

 

We raised a virtual server in order to transfer the existing licenses to it, but the error occurs: "Upgradable products not available or already used on provided Product Code". And it is not possible to untie licenses through your personal account, because "Complience Hold".

 

Tell me, please, are there any other options to restore licenses?

We have MathCad Prime 3.1

You will need to open a help desk ticket with the License management team for this issue.

The user community cannot help with licenses issues of this nature.

  • enter old Host ID and click Search button
  • table of ordered items appears ... select Mathcad item and click Move License button
  • use displayed page to move the license
