I have this conditional formulas between satisfactory and fail .  How can I turn text into a red color if the condition is "fail". Only the FAIL  text will turn to red color.

While you can (by hand) change the colour of the expression that outputs the result of your evaluation to red:

I see no way to change the colour just the FAIL in between the quotes, nor with the quotes, to red.

There is also no function that can do it automatically.

Mathcad is not Excel...

Do you have to use Mathcad Prime? What you want is possible in Mathcad 15, but not in Prime.
