Transfer a Mathcad license to another new computer? How to do this, please.

We have a new computer for an employee to use now.  I need to transfer the Mathcad license from his old computer to his new computer.  Do I uninstall and re-install?  Thank you.

You can manage your licenses by logging in to your PTC account.

Hi Kathy,

You need to transfer a license file by using "Reconfigure Software Licenses" option on PTC site, here:http://www.ptc.com/appserver/lm/rsl/reconfig.jsp.

Also, when creating a request for a new license, you must specify the new MAC-address (from a new computer).

Assuming that the license is 'modern':

    Mathcad version 14 (?), 15 and/or Prime (any version),

the information provided by Richard and Vladimir applies.

If it's an older license you're in bad luck. I know for sure that Mathcad 11 and below are no longer supported.
