Transferring Mathcad license

I have a customer who is trying to transfer his Mathcad 15.0 from one computer to another. When I try to return the license from the computer that is registered, the option to deactivate is greyed out. I have disabled all firewalls. Am I missing a step?

Log in to your PTC account and do the transfer process there. It does not actually deactivate the old license, it just issues a new one.

You just need to transfer a license file by using "Reconfigure Software Licenses" option on PTC's site, here: http://www.ptc.com/appserver/lm/rsl/reconfig.jsp.

Also, when creating a request for a new license, you must specify the new MAC-address (from a new PC).
