Is there any chance that i can use a tripartite plot on Mathcad prime as shown

Unfortunately - no.

Not out of the box anyway and using some programming it might be possible to create something similar but not in an easy and convenient way.

So I guess you will have to resort to third party programs like DPlot -> DPlot Tripartite Plot
