Trying to install MathCAD trial

...and the installation download fails on the PTC MathCAD Prime portion of the install. An error message pops up that says "Download Error: Please check the network connection and start the installation again. PTC Mathcad 15 M045 or later is required to convert older Mathcad documents to PTC Mathcad Prime 5.0.0.0. To enable conversion functionality, you can download and install PTC Mathcad 15 M045 or later by visiting http://www.ptc.com/engineering-math-softwsoftware/mathcad/free-triaare/mathcad/free-trial "

 

I have tried on our office network and outside, so it doesn't appear to be that our firewall is blocking anything. Any ideas?

I am having the same exact error.  I have been unable to install mathCAD for 2 weeks now.  The other two downloads in the installation assistant correctly download and install.

I have the same problem.  Only one thing different now.  I did install Mathcad 15, so I only got the first part of the error message about the connection.  I'm installing in French, by the way, I've read that sometimes, the languages can induce some problem in PTC software installation.  Are you installing in English on an English windows platform?

Yes, I am trying to install the English version on US Windows systems....still no luck.
