unable to get a new license file to match the new PC

As per this thread - same issue.

 

I have the same issue, my old PC died, and now I'm unable to get a new license file to match the new PC HW.

I have a perpetual license for version 14-15, but no way to use it - prime is not an option - sorry but I'm not going to pay for a new program that I don't need when I already own a program that covers my needs.

PCT, please reach out to me at help me get going again.

Solution 1 = dismount network card from old PC and put it into new PC.

Solution 2 = virtual machine.

Hey,

That is not an option, as I'm using on board network on Motherboard.

Your 'this' thread returns here....

You will have to contact PTC support, to get a permanent license transferred.

Chances are 0 that PCT will reach out to you.
