unable to open mathcad file

Hi I've dowonloaded a file from On Semi, which is a mathcad file how ever I can't open the worksheet.
I can only open it from the  XMDC, MCD converter, how ever here it fail to convert.

I'm new to Mathcad, and I just donwloaded the free trial.
Can anyone help me?

I have opened this file/ It is Mathcad 15 or 14 sheet!

What version do you have?

I've PTC Matcad Prime 4.0

I have converted for you!

And you can se your converter in Prime. But you mast have Mathcad 15 too for it!
