Unknown software for pressure diagram charts

Can anyone recognize which software do these pressure diagram charts are made from? Can Mathcad do anything of this nature? Thanks

I don't know what made those exactly.  But GNU R can do them (or any other plot basically), and it's free.

You can plot them also in Mathcad 14/15 but you have to construct the legend.
