Upgrading Mathcad 15 version Problem

I am using the basic Mathcad 15 student version, date code 010 and I cannot seem to find allowed updates for this software from the Mathcad site. I am finding that I need to have a support agreement. What does this entail? Does it cost more money to get access to software updates for a basic Mathcad 15 program?

The recent Microsoft Windows 10 upgrade has fouled up the ability to print graphics plots. I get a blue screen error: SYSTEM_EXCEPTION_SERVICE (win32kbase.sys) and the computer does a reset. Do Mathcad updates address this issue? jerrybayles2013@outlook.com
