Version 15 start-up error in W7

Hello,

the V15 setup program deinstalled my V14, left the folders with ini and license data intact but V15 refuses to be productive stalling after start. There is no way other than close the error-handling dialogue so no further info about version is available.

The installer was downloaded from adeptscience and the test license acquired via Internet.
