How can we solve this problem in Mathcad?

Help please.

Data: The tank of water in which a piece of ice is placed. Water circulates. The outlet temperature from the tank is 5 °C and the input temperature is 22 °C.

Objective: To describe mathematically the process of heat exchange in time between ice and water.
