Just checked. Apparently it was fixed in Prime 5.

I am not sure if I need to do something, but only I opened your file in Mathcad Prime 9 and this is what I can see:

    I opened your file with Prime 4 and can confirm the bug.

     

    It is already fixed in Prime 6 (I don't have P5 installed, so can't say if its already fixed there)
