Why two different Results in Matrix Multiplication

Hello,

Attached is Mathcad 15 file. I don't know why i am getting two different results with matrix multiplication.

Because the displayed values of your calculations of k' and deltaM75 are only accurate to 3 or 4 decimal places.   Try displaying the results to 7 decimal places and multiplying, and you should get agreement (1.3922).
