Will PTC release a mac compatible version of mathcad prime?

I don't speak for PTC, but there is more than one reason why the answer to your question is almost certainly "no".

A few of us remember that Mathcad started on the Mac platform.

Most Mac people these days wind up running a PC emulator . . .

I never heard of such plans for future versions of Mathcad Prime.
