XMCD Convert to MCDX, How to remove red mark-ups?

Recently I've converted some my Mathcad 14 worksheets for use in Prime 3.1 using PTC's converter. The converter seems to work well be leaves lots of red arrows and red margin marks. How can this marks be removed from the final sheet? I can't seem to click on them.
