(yet another) insert image fail - prime 2.0

hi all,

i'm trying to insert an image into a prime 2 worksheet.  i can copy/paste it or use the "insert image region"  tool then browse to it.  many different formats show up in the sheet properly (jpg, png, bmp, tif, gif) but when i try to save, i get an error.

how do i get na image into the sheet?
