Access denied to goto webpage and transfer license. not enough permissions.

Trying to transfer license from 1 system to another.. Webpage when trying to get license, etc said i don't have enough permissions / access denied. So i can't manage my own license i payed for.

Did you try using a different web browser?

This is not a browser issue but a privileges issue in the eSupport account: You get pages like:

I have this same problem and I'm getting nothing back from PTC.
