Activation

I tried activating with this product key - it says it activated, but when I open the program, it's not activated. Please help.

It seems you are launching Mathcad through Remote desktop session.

If node-lock license is configured, PTC application cannot be accessed via Remote Desktop session or Terminal Services connection

Physical access to the station is mandatory to enable successful startup of Creo Parametric when using a Locked license file

This is working correctly as per product specification for PTC applications

Share the screenshot of the license window by performing the below steps.

Launch Mathcad > Click on M icon on top top left corner > Options > License tab > Capture the screenshot of the window and share it.
