An Unhandled exception ERROR - PROBLEM

MathCad gives an error when I try to write an expression on it.
The error: An Unhandled exception occurred on the dispatcher thread. See ....log.

How can I solve this problem.

I read in community that Turkish Windows OS may be a cause for this error.

I changed my Windows OS language from Turkish to Russian. It works.

Some causes for this error are known and intended to be fixed in Prime 9, be patient until March 2023.

Some causes for this error are yet unknown..After all, the error is an unhandled exception...
