Blank assistant manager when installing mathcad express

When installing mathcad, the installation assistant is blank when selecting MathCad application.
I am not able to install it. Can you help me further? When looking at the ptc community thread, i have found no solutions.

I'm extremely frustrated by this. It is 100% on PTCs end as my entire class has encountered the same issue. We are at the mercy of PTC support to fix this.

Have a look here. I suspect it's the same problem.

Hello,

 

seems like it was a temporary Error from the installer. I tried using the installer on my colleagues' computers at that day and it did not work. A few hours after the post i tried it again and it worked on all the computers I tested it on. Seems like it was a server error in PTC
