Can't install Mathcad Prime and have a license.

Purchased Mathcad Prime and have product code and license file. Recently, my hard drive had to be wiped due to stubborn virus. I can upload Mathcad Express trial version but it won't activate my license. Just want my old Mathcad working on laptop once again. Been through several technicians but nobody has been able to help.
