Cannot access certain odler mcdx files

I am using Mathcad Prime 2.0 M010

Cannot open certian mcdx files.

Here are the errors that I faced
I have log files for the error coe.

23-Emerald IV

No attachments, no detailed info....

Please attach at least ONE of the failing Prime Worksheet (.MCDX) files so we can have a look.

Note that Prime 2 will NOT read any .MCDX file created (or overwritten) with a newer (3 and up) version of Prime.
