Cannot activate license.

Cannot activate license. I saved the license file on my desktop and pointed to it's location, but get the error:

(-103) Cannot checkout an uncounted license within a Windows Terminal Services guest session.

If application is configured to a locked license, then the application will not launch when connected over a remote Desktop or Terminal Services connection.
