Cannot purchase Student License

I have to use Matcad on one of the modules of the university course i am doing. I went to purchase the student license and it states that the estore is undergoing maintenance but it will provide me with prime 10 free for 30 days. So i was emailed a link, downlaoded prime 10 and then after being told i had to create two accounts, one on the web and one on the app it eventually got the license and full functionality. I then get an email stating my trial is running out and to click the link tp purchase a student account. I click it and it asks me to enter details and someone will contact me. This has been over 2 weeks now and multiple forms filled in for contact have been ignored and no one has contacted me so i can purchase a student license. I am at a loss. ALl i want to do is keep MatchCAD going for more then 30 days as the module is 3 months long! BUt for some reason PTC seem impossible to actually purchase their product.

Does anyone know how i can purchase this license or how I can make a complaint (or is it even worth complaining as every other contact form regarding this issue has been ignored so far!)

This is a users forum for Mathcad/Prime, so we cannot help you with license purchasing.

Do you need the full functionality of Prime for your course, or can you do with the limitations of Prime express (which is what the functionality will drop to after 30 days)?

If you need symbolics, programming and  solve blocks, then you cannot get by with express. Otherwise express should be fine alone, or with the help of this: https://community.ptc.com/t5/Mathcad/Prime-Express-A-joke/m-p/604216

I require the full version as we are using Solve Blocks and Symbolics. (symbolics in current module as used simplify and solve so far,  but have seen solve blocks listed as an upcoming subject area so will require the full version.
