Cannot receive the email with download link for MathCAD 11

I've changed laptop recently and don't have MathCAD anymore. So, I requested a few times through website's online form, but no email received so far. Could you please explain where the problem is?

According to our records, with the email associated with your Community account, you filled out the form four times (in America's Eastern time, Feb 18, Feb 19, Feb 22, and an hour ago).

 

The system claims you opened the email already yesterday. Had the subject line, "Thank you for your interest in the PTC Mathcad Prime Trial". 

Edit: But the system does not claim that it ever sent you the email. Which is strange. I'll ask our email team to investigate. Meanwhile, I'll PM you the link you seek.
