convert mathcad 15 files with locked section

I am using Mathcad Prime Release 9.0 and Datecode9.0.0.0

We have somes old Mathcad 15 files that we need to convert to Prime but they have locked sections and we don't have a Mathcad 15 software anymore to open and unlock it. What are our options excepting to redo all the files from scratch?


I try several times to open a case to PTC but for somes reasons the button open a case doesn't work...

If locked areas are not password protected, you can attach your Mathcad 15 files here.

Hi,

Have tried to convert the files but they fail to convert due to locked areas.  Do you have the passwords?
